Imagine is John Lennon's second studio album, released in 1971. It contrasts with the raw arrangements of his first album, John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band. Considered his most popular work, the title track is among his best. In 2012, it was ranked 80th on Rolling Stone's "500 Greatest Albums of All Time."

The album was remastered in 2010 by engineers at Abbey Road Studios and Avatar Studios. The vinyl master was cut by Sean Magee at Abbey Road and manufactured by Optimal Media in Germany.
